Check in was less than 10 mins for 3 rooms , payed with American debit with no bank issues, Rooms were nice and clean and very cold thanks to the AC . Maids and Hotel staff were very friendly , Pool was a chilled in the morning but due to very high temperatures it would warm up later in the afternoon, still had a great visit ! Check it out. Local restaurants also deliver for very cheap :) Good meals less than $10 wit delivery.

Needed a place to stay and this was an excellent spot. Clean, quiet, and everything worked. Air conditioning and heating. Hot water. They have breakfast also, but I didn't eat here. I would stay here again for sure.

Safe area. Plenty of free parking. Easy check in-out. Friendly front desk. Room was spotless. However, I forgot to hang the NO DISTURB sign on my door and the cleaning service was pounding and yelling very early (8am) on my door, I was trying to get so extra sleep after a long day. That action, I did not appreciate!

Decent experience. It's important you know this is NOT the Ritz-Carlton. It's Mexico. Hospitality is different here. The complex was pretty clean. Rooms were decent size. TV was just eh. No fridge so bring a cooler (but be aware the rules say no food or drink allowed). Workers kept the place clean. Pool was nice. Did have an issue with the hot water one morning, but it got fixed pretty fast. Only soap and little bottle of shampoo and lotion so bring your own toiletries. No extta little washcloths either so bring your body scrubber. Parking is mostly safe (anything can happen anywhere) but you do need a permit to enter the parking (one way in, one way out). Close to shopping and food places (don't go to Bambino pizza not good). AC worked great. It was quiet (was in the 300 building away from the main road). "Gym" available (2 treadmills). No free ice. But you can buy some from the front desk. Soda machines available near the rooms. Overall, good enough and we'll likely go back (just better prepared).

The place is really clean and beoutiful!! The location is excellent- there is few restrount, cinema and supermarket in a walk distance. You can swim all day at the pool! The staff really nice and helpful. But they don't know English at all. The breakfast contain drinks, milk, corenflex, aliitle bit cookies and fruits( apple and bannna). There is no safe in the room! The room us really big and the beds are comfortable.

The room was a good and very clean. The parking lot was very secure if wondering about parking. They have guard at the gate. I was surprised that they had really good water pressure. So taking a shower was really good. Didn't struggle with the water pressure.

The rooms are very clean and spacious. They offer a nice continental breakfast w/o the various fruits, toasts, cereals and sweet breads. They also offer juice, milk and coffee. They have a cold water dispenser as well.
